His success as manager of these large banks and their back room systems has proven his ability to consistently exceed customer expectations.

Patrick’s professional experience allows him to transform the complex world of home financing into a simple, customer friendly process. Patrick grew up in a “real estate family” right here in Oakland County. His father, Tom Ervin, is a real estate expert and the nationally syndicated columnist of “Let’s Talk About Real Estate”. Patrick keeps everyone informed throughout the process to ensure smooth closings and happy customers!

Patrick loves his business, but still places top priority on his active family. He has six children from ages two to 13 years old. He coaches his oldest son’s middle school football team. Watches nervously at his elder daughter’s equestrian competitions. Leads a 4H Fishing Club for the younger kids. And looks forward each night to wrestling with the toddler. The family lives near Clarkston on a hobby farm. Everyone in the family works together to raise their various small farm livestock. Above all, he is dedicated to his wife of 15 years, Michelle. Together, they have a strong commitment to making a positive difference in through the works of their family.
